June 10

Summer! It couldn't have come at a better time.  I am so ready to sleep in and hang with my friends.  Today I woke up from my sleepover at my friends house and we all went crabbing.  Then later we went to see a movie.  Snow White and the Huntsmen was really scary and intense but it was so worth it! Any way now I am home and bored.  Just me and my mom tonight it seems.  Not quite sure where my dad is....  :(    but its ok.  I have been really busy this week with my friend Brianna, she is moving on in 3 days and I want to spend all the time with her I can before our time runs out.  :(   Just thinking about it makes me want to cry..... I will miss you Bri, please come back and visit me. But anyway I don't want to bore you. So I guess I should go......no one really reads my blog so who do I have to bore anyway....well goodbye and goodnight....To my friends in california who read this I miss you and I hope I will get to see you all soon, But keep in touch.  Bye :(  Goodnight

Today

Omg! I havent written is SO long it feels good to get back on. I am going to try and write every day or so from now on.  So today I had an indoor soccer game at the Virginia Feild House, that place is SO cool, I love the play house upstairs. We won this game 3-5 but I think we should have won by more we were just out of it. Oh well, mistakes are made to learn from them. IT SNOWEDLAST NIGHT I WAS SOO HAPPY!!! Even though it wasn't that much snowit was still fun to throw mini snowballs at my mom. And if Skinner is reading this dont worry your strongly worded letter it's coming soon. I dont know when because I have basketball on Tues. and Thurs. but dont worry haven't forgotten. Any way after our game my mom and I went and got some Chili Cheese Frito's and an icce, I love those things man, and they dont really taste like Chili Cheese. Then we went to this really good BBQ place in Currituck who has the BEST mac and cheese EVER! Then I came home and made an AMAZING card for my Grandma Beverly who lives in California ( my home town before I moved to NC).  Then I started to work on my A-Z Folktale book for Mrs.Vaughn's class, I think it is coming along really well, It looks really good. It has to be at least 28 pages long for the 26 letters in the alphabet and then a title page and an Author page but were doing it on Google Docs. so it is typing and pictures. Well I have to go my mom just made taco's YUM one of my favories, thanks for reading today and I will write again tommorow.

MY WEEK!!!

On Monday I went to school and I had Media center (library). I got a new book called favorite Greek myths. Alot of the myths are similar to me because in reading/language arts class we are studying mythology.Also on Monday we got our report cards!!!! I got all A's and I passed my wright flight goal so sometime soon I will get to fly a plane!!! Then after school since I contained all A's on my report card my mother took me to subways to get ice cream. I got cookies and cream. YUM!

    
                             Then Tuesday I had Spanish class.Also in reading class I started an essay on tardies and how I can prevent them. I also worked on my bookmark for our conserve the earth bookmark contest.And Tuesday was the hundredth day of school!!!!

Then on Wed.I had art class and we painted pictures and worked on our different colors. I made 2 paintings one of a peacock  and one of a flower.Also on Wed.I worked on my bookmark.And it was class picture day.WHOOPEE! Then after school I went to soccer practice (outdoor) at the fire station with Richard Greenlee and we worked on our control skills.

On Thursday there was NO SCHOOL!!! IT WAS A SNOW DAY!!WHOOPEE!!! I played in the snow, took a nap,watched TV,and went to the rec center for my brothers practice.After that we went to slice and got lunch.

Then on Friday we went back to school and we had P.E. we played dodge ball.Then we went to social studies and we got our tests back and I got 100%!!!Then we wrote an essay about wright flight. Then my mom picked me up from school and we went to AAU tryouts. My dad is creating a boys travel ball team.Also on Friday night talon (my cousin) slept over.                                 

Then on Saturday my little brother had a basketball game that he won and now he is going to the championship!!!!! Also I had soccer practice and after that I went to my friend Mac's house for a sleepover. Also I went to volleyball practice with Mac.

Then on Sunday I went to see Justin Beiber with Mac and her sister.Then I went to the dollar tree with my mom and then I wrote my blog and ate dinner and then went to bed after i studied my study guide for science

My week started out on Monday when I had NO SCHOOL!!  Then for Brunch my dad,mom, my brother Devan, my brother Trenton,  and my grandma and I went to Jolly Roger. Then since I had the day off for school  for Monday afternoon all I did was lay down relax and watch some T.V. Then for dinner we all went to slice for dinner and we had pizza and a sausage roll and some soda. Then after we ate dinner my dad and my brothers Devan went to the recreation center to play a game of basketball. Then after that my mom my grandma and I went home while the boys were still at the Rec. And then I wrote a blog post and then I adjusted my planner and then I went to bed,

Then on Tuesday I had school. At school I found out my wright flight test score 103%.WHOOPEE!!!!  Now all I have to do is get all A's on my Report card and then I will have passed my goal and I will get to ride on a air plane and FLY one. I cant wait. Also at school on Tuesday we worked on our stream tables and my team created a river with two water sources and the river nearly flooded and it was just amazing.Then after school my mom and my grandma picked me up from school and then my knee started to hurt so I had to ice it.

 Then on Wednesday I had art class and we worked on our symmetry skills. Then in science we reviewed our vocabulary and wrote down new notes. Then in reading class we told stories about Greek mythology and wrote notes on them.  Then my mom and my grandma picked my brother Trenton and I up from school and we went to 17th street and coastal edge to go shopping. Seventeenth Street was way too pricy for me but coastal edge wasn’t bad. I bought a amazing billabong wallet for $8.Then after that we were supposed to go to Devans basketball game but it was cancelled because it was to foggy.

Then on Thursday I had music class we practiced songs on our recorders and we learned to play the song ash grove.Then in social studies we got our north east tests back I got 100%. Then in reading class we listened to greek mythology stories and took notes on them.Then my mom and my grandma picked me up from school.Then I went to soccer practice for 30 minutes. Then I went to my brothers basketball game in manteo and I took a half court shot and saw one of my fifth grade teacher Mrs.Nance.Then after Devans basketball game that he won we drove home and did our homework ad then went to bed.

Then on Friday I had P.E. but my gym teacher was sick so I had a substitute. We played a basketball game called spot shot. You play by making a shot from a certain spot on the court and the farther you are from the basket the higher the points are. The person with the most points at the end of the game wins. Then for social studies we watched to movies and got a work sheet. Then for reading class we watched a short film that was similar to a story from Greek mythology. Then my mom and my grandma picked me up from school and we went to Walgreens for ice cream. YUM!!!! Then went out to dinner at Mako mikes I got the Blackened Tuna with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. It was Delicious. Then my family and I watched Secretariat (a movie about a race horse). After that I went to bed because I had a soccer game the next day.

Then on Saturday we went to the rec center to watch my brothers basketball game the won 22-4. Then I drove the Williamsburg Virginia with my mom for my soccer games. We stopped at the border station for snacks and it was so cool they had a lot of souvenirs. When we got to the indoor gym at 1:30 we played at 2:00 and we won3=2. Then our next game was at 2:50 but our opponent didn’t show so we automatically won that team so since we still had the field time we scrimmaged a premier team and we tied 4-4.Then in our next game we were supposed the same team but like I said they did not show. So we played the premier team again and this time we won 5-4. Then we played another game and we won 5-3. After our games we played laser tag. I came in 5^th place and my team won. 

Then we started out drive home we stopped at Chick-fil-a and we got chicken nuggets. Then we stopped a Wawa for snacks and drinks and other stuff. Then finally we got home at 10 o clock and  I went straight to bed.

Then on Sunday I woke up, took a shower and then I ate chocolate chip pancakes that my mom made for me, they were amazing.Then I watched a movie while my mom took a shower and while, my grandma went out to the store. Then I fed my dog and my dad my mom my grandma and I went to my uncle’s house to pick up my brothers who spent the night there. Then after we got them we drove to the aquarium that my grandpa gave us passes to. It was really cool; we saw sharks, stingrays, lobsters, and lots of fish; also we saw turtles, otters, starfish, seahorses, sea urchins, crabs, hermit crabs and a couple more animals. We also go to touch some of the animals like the stingrays, sand sharks, and starfish and sea urchins. Then after the aquarium we went to five guys’ burgers and fries. They were the best burgers I have ever had and the fries couldn’t be more perfect. Then we came home and my brothers played basketball outside and I finished writing my blog. Then I watched football had dinner and went to bed.

  

 

My week

I started my week off on monday with NO SCHOOL!! This day off was to honor a great moment in history brought to us by a man named Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.Then at dinner time I went to Slice Pizzaria and had 2 slices of cheese pizza. YUM!

Then on Tuesday I had school and I also had spanish class. My name in spanish class is Isabel (Es-a-bell). Then I had out door soccer practice where i hurt my knee. But it was only bruised so I was fine.
Then I had to ice my knee untill I lost all feeling in my leg.

Then on Wed. I had my final Wright Flight exam!!  AHHHH!! Although I was terribly scared I think that I did rather well. Personally I think I only missed 2 or 3. Then after school I went to my brother Devans Basketball game at the seahawks gym. My brother actually started in the game.

My Brother is number 32!! GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!

Then on thursday I had an indoor soccer practice but my parents would not let me go because they said I needed to "rest my knee" even though I told them I was feeling fine. Also on thursday I took a social studies test on the north east states I am so scared because that was the last test of the grading period. AHH"H!! Then while  my parents and I drove to Elizibeth city to watch my brother Devans basketball game my little brother Trenton went to great wolf lodge with his friend form his basketball team " Charlie. We lost the basketball game. But then after the game the floor was sooo slipery so everyone started sliding all over it like seals.

Then on friday we also had no school because of semester break Jauary 21-24.WHOOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then on saturday I had indoor soccer pratice at the storm shelter and my parents let me go. Then i stayed up all night a.k.a. 12:08 a.m. waiting for my mom and dad to come home from the airport with my grandma. I couldn't wait !!! Then I fell asleep at 12:27 and called it a night.

Then on Sunday when i woke up and my grandma and i made crumb cake cupcakes.They were amazing. After that we went to the market and we had to go back 4 times because we forgot to get things. And the we cooked stew and watched football for the rest of the day.
